You are invited to an exhibition of Heroes and Dreamscapes.
Joe is opening his home in Kingsdown for Open Studios '26 to show recent works and chat about his inspirations and practice.
Joe has been shooting street for 20 + years in London and favourite cities before branching into landscapes after moving to Deal. He creates candid and sometimes dreamlike images of the people and places he encounters on his travels.
'Heroes' is a series of candid street shots, shown alongside more surreal, dreamlike shots suggesting imaginary worlds - 'Dreamscapes'. All human, no AI.
The show features some 'local heroes' captured around Deal in the last year, including a special print of Fred that will be showing for the first time.
Heroes and Dreamscapes will be open for 4 days only:
- Saturday & Sunday 6-7 June
- Saturday & Sunday 13-14 June
- From 10am - 5pm both days
- At Vigarage Cottage, Upper Street, Kingsdown, CT14 8BJ
There will be a private view with refreshments to open the show at 6pm on Friday June 5th.
